Our Reservice Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work with one of the most comprehensive guarantees in the region.
If pests return between scheduled visits, we’ll come back and re-treat for free—no hassle, no charge.
Included Free Reservices by Plan:
Monthly Plan – Unlimited free reservices
Bimonthly Plan – 2 free reservices between scheduled visits
Quarterly Plan – 1 free reservice between scheduled visits
After your included reservices are used, additional visits are available for a flat fee of $30.
To qualify for the guarantee, we ask that customers:
1. Allow our technicians to perform all included treatments at each visit (e.g. rodent baiting, de-webbing, etc.)
2. Maintain a reasonably clean perimeter (keep foliage, debris, and stored materials managed)
3. Patch any rodent entry points we identify within 6 months
4. Use of store-bought or unapproved pest control products indoors may interfere with Timber’s professional treatments. To maintain your service guarantee and any applicable discounts, please avoid applying such products inside your home.
If any part of a recommended treatment is declined if it’s included at no extra cost
our guarantee may not apply unless approved by a manager in advance.

Customer Discount Program
We reward proactive customers who make our treatments more effective and efficient. You can receive a 20% credit toward your next service when you:
1. Keep foliage and stored materials at least 2-3 feet from the perimeter of the home
2. Patch all rodent entry points we’ve identified within 6 months
3. Allow us to perform all included treatments at each visit
All discounts are applied as credits toward future service—not cash refunds.
